- Human Resource Stream:
- Educational Qualification: MBA/Master’s degree/PG Diploma (2 years) in HR or Personnel Management.
- Age Limit: 25 to 33 years.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in HR functions, preferably in government or public sector organizations.
- Risk Management Stream:
- Educational Qualification: Post-graduation in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; or CA/CFA/FRM/CMA/MBA/PGDBA/PGPM/PGDM.
