Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN): Details
The central govt has started the PM Kisan Yojana to help the farmers with an income of Rs 6000 per annum. The PM Kisan Yojana will provide the money to the eligible farmers in 3 equal installments of Rs 2000 each. The central govt transfers direct money into the bank accounts of the farmers who have applied for the PM Kisan Yojana every four months.
Eligibility Criteria for PM-KISAN Yojana
The farmers who want to apply for the PM Kisan Yojana must meet the following requirements.
- The farmers who are Indian Citizens will get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana.
- The farmers who do not have sufficient land can apply for PM Kisan Yojana.
- The farmer does not have any other pension of an amount more than Rs 10000.
- The farmers who are lawyers, engineers, doctors, and CA can not apply for PM Kisan Yojana.
